Meet our Lead Trainer – Ari Ahmed
Ari brings over two decades of experience within the driver training industry, having qualified as a driving instructor in 2003.
As a former DVSA Driving Examiner, Ari offers a unique insight into the standards required to pass driving tests and to perform at a high level within the industry. This perspective allows him to train both learners and instructors with a clear understanding of what examiners expect and how to consistently meet those standards.
Throughout his career, Ari has maintained high professional standards while expanding expertise across multiple areas of driver education. His experience includes extensive work as a Driver Quality Monitor (DQM), supporting the development and maintenance of instructional quality, as well as delivering Speed Awareness Courses aimed at improving driver behaviour and promoting road safety.
For over a decade, Ari has specialised as an ADI Instructor Trainer, successfully preparing and mentoring trainee instructors to qualify with confidence and is proud to have maintained an excellent pass rate, reflecting a structured, professional, and results-driven approach to training.
His work is defined by a commitment to excellence, consistency, and the development of safe, confident, and highly competent drivers and instructors.

A great driving instructor is someone who combines friendliness with professionalism, making learners feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. You should pay close attention to detail ensuring that every aspect of driving is taught thoroughly and accurately. You should present a calm and relaxed demeanour which aids the learner and reduces anxiety levels. Ultimately allowing the students to learn at their own pace and gain confidence behind the wheel.
